Vuelta Aragón: Aberasturi da la primera a Euskadi-Murias (Vídeo)

Jon Aberasturi es el primer líder de la Vuelta a Aragón tras imponerse en la etapa inicial con final en Caspe, en el Alto del Castillo, una subida de 2,2 kilómetros. Aberasturi ha sido el más rápido e incluso ha podido picar tiempo al resto del pelotón, que ha entrado con Carlos Barbero en segundo lugar.

El de hoy era un día completamente festivo en Aragón con el retorno de la carrera. Y los corredores lo han celebrado llegando con 15 minutos de adelanto sobre el horario previsto. El regreso de la ronda aragonesa después de 13 años de ausencia ha tenido una fuga de gran peso nacional con Paco Mancebo (Inteja), Jorge Cubero (Burgos-BH), Gotzon Martín (Euskadi) y Alex Cano (Coldeportes-Zenu). Una escapada que ha estado siempre controlada por el Movistar Team.

Marco Benfatto (Androni Sidermec) y Florian Hudry (Interpro Stradalli) intentaron irse en solitario, pero la carrera estaba totalmente lanzada en busca de la rampa final en el Alto del Castillo de Caspe. Cazados ellos, lo ha probado Óscar Pujol (Ukyo). Finalmente, todo se ha encaminado al sprint en la subida final.

Allí, con un sprint repleto de codazos, Manzana Postobon ha tratado de tomar el control, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que Mihkel Raïm ha sacado de punto a los ciclistas que iban detrás hasta quedarse completamente solo. Finalmente al estonio se le ha hecho muy largo. Aberasturi ha arrancado a 200 de meta y ha entrado en la curva final con unos metros de distancia. Euskadi-Murias estrena por fin el palmarés.

La segunda etapa, de este sábado, llevará a los corredores desde Huesca hasta Zaragoza en una nueva oportunidad para los sprinters, por lo que Aberasturi tendrá una buena ocasión de defender su maillot.
