Los equipos del WorldTour ya han definido sus plantillas. Chris Froome encabeza la lista de grandes cambios y Marc Hirschi ha protagonizado el último gran cambio.

Además del mediático fichaje de Froome por el Israel Start-Up Nation y de Hirschi por el UAE, otros grandes nombres cambian de maillot en 2021: Adam Yates, Romain Bardet, Michael Matthews, Greg van Avermaet, Miguel Ángel López o Richie Porte. Rafal Majka, Matteo Trentin, Sep Vanmarcke, Wilco Kelderman o Daniel Martínez también cambian de colores, como Iván García Cortina, o en los últimos días Fabio Aru y Mark Cavendish.
