Tour Hainan: Masnada aguanta la general, Pellaud gana la última (Vídeo)

Se acabó el Tour de Hainan y, con él, probablemente la última carrera de gran vocación internacional en este 2018. Y la general ha sido para el italiano Fausto Masnada, que ha podido aguantar su primera posición en una etapa más complicada de lo que podría parecer en un principio.
Y es que el pelotón ha llegado cortado en mil trocitos. Sin embargo, Masnada ha podido entrar en el corte bueno y asegurarse así la victoria en la general por delante de Gino Mäder. La etapa ha sido para Simon Pellaud que, esta vez sí, ha logrado rematar una fuga y entrar en solitario.
Un gran premio para el suizo después de que, hace tan sólo unos días, fuese alcanzado a apenas 200 metros de meta por el pelotón de los sprinters. Por su parte, los dos españoles que tomaron la salida en la carrera, Benja Prades y Rodrigo Araque, acaban sexto y noveno de la general respectivamente.
