Tour Fjords: Albasini se lleva la segunda en Kristiansand

El veterano Michael Albasini ha conseguido el triunfo en la segunda etapa del Tour des Fjords, una jornada que ha vuelto a definirse en un sprint, esta vez, menos masivo que en el día anterior.

La escapada no ha tenido visos de llegar, controlada siempre por Lotto NL-Jumbo que preparaba el sprint. Todavía con una hora de etapa por delante estaba claro que todo acabaría en un sprint. En el circuito final, Kirsten Hagen ha intentado marcharse en solitario, pero el grupo no le ha dado opción.

El sprint no ha sido especialmente numeroso, con unos 40 ciclistas presentándose juntos en la línea de meta. Conducidos por Mitchelton-Scott, que trabajaba para Albasini, en el circuito de Kristiansand, el pelotón se ha lanzado a la volata y el suizo se ha hecho con el triunfo.

Para este jueves queda la última y definitiva etapa en Egersund, donde se puede romper todo un poco más y de la que saldrá la general definitiva.
