El luxemburgués Bob Jungels es el primer líder del Tour de Eslovaquia tras ganar el prólogo, una crono individual de apenas 1,9 kilómetros que ha completado en 2’02» a una velocidad casi de 60 kilómetros por hora.
Jungels ha vencido por centésimas por delante de su compañero de equipo Yves Lampaert y de Christophe Laporte, todos con el mismo tiempo. El francés de Cofidis, uno de los hombres más rápidos en la línea de salida, tiene una buena oportunidad de ponerse líder mañana con las bonificaciones.
